Blooming, stretching, reaching for
Sunbeams by the pond

Late Summer Flowers is my first real attempt using a sequencer, where I experimented automating the velocity and chance of each note, giving the piece variation and interest. A cello lends a wistful melody and a handful of synths loop lovingly in ambience.

New for the Upcoming Months

I’ve decided to take a break from writing music for the next three months, but don’t worry, there will still be new (to Substack) music coming your way. Starting next month, I’ll be posting the three singles I released before I started writing here. These are my neoclassical/classical piano pieces. My plan is to finish out the year sharing these and then began writing my first album in January, with one new piece being released every month until the album is released sometime at the end of the year or early the following year. I’m already excited and have been brainstorming a few ideas.
