This month’s piece is an exploration in using my synth in ways that I normally don’t use it, which was done by modulating and randomizing many different parameters within the synth to give it a more modular sound. I love the swirling, entrancing, textural nature of this piece.
It was interesting turning my synth in something modular sounding. I learned a lot while trying to figure out how to accomplish this and also got a good bit of inspiration for future pieces.
Happy New Year!

Super great!
I like the way the sound seems to be expanding into forever. . .how good to have a new direction to pursue. Also loved the quote, the book, the song you chose, Philip.
